Web Camera:

  1. The first step to setting up your web camera is plugging in the attached USB cable to your Laptop, PC, or Chromebook

    1. This can happen either before or after starting or joining a Zoom meeting

  2. Once connected, find the bubble on the bottom left corner of your screen that says “Start Video” or “Stop Video”

  3. Select the “^” in the top right of the bubble

  4. Choose the option that has your model of Webcam. You should see the option “N300” if you recently had yours delivered. Make sure there is a check mark next to that option if that is what you plan to Zoom with.

Enabling “HD Video Mode” in Zoom (Windows ONLY):

To achieve and maintain the best video quality during your Zoom meetings, it is highly recommended that you enable “HD Mode” in the Zoom settings. Please note: if you are using a Chromebook, you will not be able to do this.

  1. If you open Zoom and are not currently in a meeting, look to the top right corner of the application and you will see a “gear” icon

  1. If you are currently in a meeting, you click on the “^” in the upper right corner of the “Start Video” “Stop Video” bubble, then select “Video Settings” to bring you to the same page

  2. Go to the “Video” category, then select “Enable HD” to complete the process

Connecting and setting up your USB Speakerphone:

  1. In order to use the USB Speakerphone, it first needs to be plugged in via the included USB Connector.

  2. Once connected, find the bubble in the bottom left corner of your Zoom screen that says “Mute” or “Unmute”

  3. Select the “^” in the top right corner of the bubble

  4. You will see two sections: “Select a Microphone” and “Select a Speaker”

    1. Choose the option that shows your model of USB Speakerphone underneath both options

  1. Upon completion of steps 1-4a, your USB Speakerphone is ready for use!

Using the  Bluetooth Feature on a Yealink CP900 Speakerphone (Windows):

  1. The first step for using the Yealink CP900 with your Laptop, PC, or Chromebook is opening the settings application, which can be found with a quick search in the search bar in the bottom left of your screen

  2. Once the Settings window pops up, use the search bar in the top center of the application and type “bluetooth”

  3. Select the option that says “Bluetooth and other device settings

  4. It will load you into a new page where you will have to select the “Add Bluetooth or other device” option at the top of the page

  5. When prompted for what type of device you want to add, choose “Bluetooth”

  6. Press and hold the white Bluetooth button until the speakerphone says “Bluetooth Pairing” and flashes. This should only take a couple of seconds.

  1. Select the option that says Yealink CP900. Click “done” when prompted

  2. To use the Speakerphone with Zoom over bluetooth, you will follow the same steps as listed above for the USB functionality of the speakerphone, except the name will include “Hands-Free” for both the microphone and speaker categories.
